Special Edition Vehicles - slp ss

I bought a 2000 ss yesterday 83k. Miles about ever bolt on you can do + thunder racing cam
I know this sounds stupid but I didn't Look and don't thank this Guy new but I just got back from Walmart noticed a slp sticker on the door another on the passenger door both extremely faded it has code y2y is that rare? Paid 6800

Just to add it dosent have slp tags on it has "Hurst shifter equipped" tag on the back bumper.

RPO Y2Y means the car had additional SLP options installed above the base SS package. In 2000, 4209 of the 7341 SS coupes built had Y2Y options.

And they don't come factory with the 'SLP' emblem on there, not the Hurst emblem you mentioned.
Those are owner added emblems.

Get the VIN to SLP, (Search for their number.), & they can tell you what SLP 'second sticker' options it may have come with.

Don't be concerned about any 'rarity'.
Just drive it, ...

True. I've heard of some inconsistency with Y2Y.

Since it has over 80K on it & it has already been modded I wouldn't concern myself with how rare it is. It is no longer the same configuration. It would only matter if it were bone stock & Super Low Mileage. Not saying it isn't a nice car, but enjoy having and driving a good looking ride.

See if it has WU8, then you'll know if it is/was an SS to begin with.
