Default Transmission shifting issue, anyone care to look at my tune file??

After I made a few passes and logs at the dragstrip, I've found that my 1-2 and 2-3 shifts seem a little funky. I feel that I'm falling off alot after the 203 shift, and feel that my 1/8th to 1/4mile ET's represent that. It may be that I just don't understand what I'm looking at in the HP tuners files, or what my torque converter is doing.

In my tune file(HP tuners), it shows that my full throttle shift rpm's and wot shift speeds are the following;

1-2- 6000rpm (37mph)
2-3- 5900rpm (81mph)
3-4- 5900rpm (135mph)

In the logs of two different 1/4 mile passes on two separate days, I see the approximate shift rpm's as follows;

1-2- 6100rpm @ 43mph (2nd gear starts @ 4900ish)
2-3- 6490rpm @ 89mph (3rd gear starts @ 5025ish)

Does this seem right to you guys? While I don't have a dyno sheet to see where exact peak power is(can probably still get it from my tuner), I have the idea that I'm making peak power (410rwhp) around the 6500 rpm range just guessing from what cars with similar cam and heads are making.

My best pass at the track was;

1.62 60'
7.48 1/8 mile ET
92.13mph 1/8 mile MPH
11.8017 1/4 mile ET
113.59 1/4 mile MPH

Here is a mod list of what I have done to the car;

Stock 130k mile LS1 short block
PRC stg 2.5 5.3L heads w/ 59cc chambers (11:1 static compression w/ GM MLS Head Gaskets)
EPS 226/234 cam (.598"int/.601"exh 113+2 lsa)
Fast 92/92
Stock 1.7:1 rockers
Comp Cams 7.4" pushrods
LS7 Lifters
Katech Rod Bolts
LS2 timing chain
LS6 oil pump
04 LS6 PCV Conversion
SLP lid
Ford #30 injectors (36@ 58psi)
Racetronix fuel pump and hotwire kit.
Pacesetter lt's w/ ory and Magnaflow 3" catback and cutout
Built 4L60E
Transmission Specialties 4000rpm stall single disk converter
stock aluminum driveshaft
3.23 rear gear
26" 275/55/15 MT ET street drag radial (22psi hot)
15" weld prostars
SD tune

When adjusting for WOT shift points do the speed and rpm go hand in hand in adjustments, or should I worry about one more than the other? A write up or possibly some friendly advice on what I need to do would be great! Here's my tune file and logs of both passes I'm referencing to. Let me know if you need anymore information. I'd be forever grateful for any advice! Thanks

-Chris

Doesn't sound much like a trans tuning issue to me. IIRC, that's where mine shifts as well. Those shift extension sound low. I think mines closer to 5200+ with the Yank SS4000. I feel your post would have been better suited in Drag Racing Results. You're shooting yourself in the foot with some of your combo. 3.23's aren't helping, drag radials aired up to 22lbs aren't helping, IDC on those 30's have to be around 100%, not seeing a fuel pump listed, nor a wideband. Just to put it in perspective, you have a heads/cam car that makes 90rwhp more than mine all day at the same race weight, and I'm quicker and faster.

Thanks for looking! I don't have a WBO2 sensor currently hooked up in this car. My tuner did the tune with his, and I haven't touched the tuning. I am taking the car back to the tuner for some more tuning next week.

I'm running a Racetronix fuel pump and hotwire kit. I am unsure of the duty cycle of the SVO injectors, but am debating on upgrading to 42lb injectors this winter. Also debating replacing the torque converter with a Circle D 3600-4000 stall, but not sure.

I do want to put a 3.73-4.10:1 rear axle in my car, I'm just not willing to invest in this 10-bolt which is why I'm still using the factory setup.

Also, I remember seeing your car in the fs adds a while back. You're rocking a gutted race car that is less than 3000lbs, Mine weighs 3360(excluding driver) with a 1/2 tank of gas and has everything still(hvac, crash bars, bumper supports, etc). Only stuff my car is missing is; cruise control, egr/air, carpet insulation, ABS(control module only), and the passenger side airbag. I'm figuring that any weight I'm saving there, is given back via the 6 point roll cage I have in there. I also have lighter wheels then stock. I'd be running 12.60's if I were stock heads and cam! Comparing our car's is nearly night/day! I debated on turning this car into an all out drag car, but I wanted to keep it in a decent enough shape that wouldn't scare the average buyer off, especially since I am unsure how long I want to keep it! Anyways, sweet ride nonetheless!

I only have slightly more than that removed. Mine is a 3300lb race weight all day with me in it.

I see, I'm at approx 3510 with me in mine. Still, I agree something's not quite right with my setup/tune. I'm taking it back to the tuner today. Hopefully he can get it sorted out.
