I have a completely stock 1993 z28 with low miles that is about to get turbod. I will try to chronicle the entire process with good documentation and pics of my setup. So far I have pieced most of my parts together and now its time to get to welding. This is my first lt1 and my first turbo setup that I have done myself. I'm no slacker when it comes to turning a wrench and I will be using a small mig welder and a pipe bender from harbor freight. Most everything will be from a true backyard mechanics capabilities. Hopefully this wont be too boring. So I aquired a garrett gt4780 turbo which is huge and way more than I need for this setup and once I have my post requirement met it will be posted for sale. Im only trying to give the Z a 80-100hp bump and pretty much having the conquest of doing it myself. Pics incoming shortly
