12 Second Club - Trying to beat 12.6

I'm out to the track friday night to hopefully beat my 12.6 @ 114.

Havn't really done anything different except going from a street tune to a dyno tune. But it looks like I might have some slicks on this time. Maybe I can get a time slip this so I can join the club haha.

I forgot, the time above was also before my 9" install and trans rebuild.

I wasn't able to get slicks on in time for the friday run. However I ran 12.51 @115 with the street tires down to about 19 lbs of air.

Street tires should be better with around 30# in them. ;)

If you get some traction your car should run 11's.

Not from what I've experienced.. I've played with the preasure from 35# down 19#s. The car has sumitomos on it, so it may just be the brand.
