Default Retune after switching from ORY to TD X setup?

My car has heads, cam, longtube, intake, and supporting mods. The dealer I bought it from had a cat welded on for it to pass inspection before I bought it. Well, I'm getting a 3" x pipe true dual setup built, dumping before the axle, and I was wondering if I needed to get it immediately retuned for it to be safe to drive. It WILL be getting tuned eventually, I'm just waiting on all the parts I ordered to get here so I can slap them on. Will it be safe to drive without a retune until then? The tune it has was without a cat, if that helps. Would I be OK with just resetting the PCM and letting it relearn the fuel trims until I can get all of my parts installed and get a tune?

Thanks for any help you guys can give.

You will be fine running it untuned.
