I have a 2011 Z-28 and I love the spoiler and side ground effects on the RS, any know of a good kit with compatable looks or is it cost effective to go to GM and order the RS parts

2011? I'll assume you mean 2001. Definitely do not go to GM, you will pay way too much, if you can even find the parts. I would suggest checking the classifieds here, as well as ebay and your local craigslist for a used set. You could also go the aftermarket route; I know rksport makes the spoiler and I'm sure there are a variety of side skirts out there.
