you're not showing the pinion seal... (from passenger side) but that looks to be the culprit...
Little bit of work for you there. Involves full disassembly of rear end...

Pinion seal. I personally would take it to a rear end shop. It would be a good time to install a set of gears, freshen all the bearings (which helps 10 bolts live longer IMO), and possibly do a solid pinion spacer for strength.

Dang, thats more than I thought it would be. I have a friend that works on cars and has a Firehawk as well, that I will see if he can do it. How much would it be for all the parts you recommend, and what all do you recommend doing?
- seals
- bearings
- solid pinion spacer, what does this do?
- gears, for added strength or for better acceleration? I have 3.42's now but could go to 3.73's, 4.10's, 4.30's, or 4.5x's?
Any other recommendations, the car is completely stock and has 62k miles?
Thats great, but what about behind a 6-speed?
Thanks for the help!

6 speed, I wouldn't waste your money on the 10 bolt. I'd go with a nine inch rear. Bob
