Small Block & Big Block Chevy Specific - 1997 Camaro Z28 1LE

Hey guys, I'm new here, but I've browsed a few times. Anyways I'm looking to buy a 1997 Camaro Z28. The guy claims its a 1LE but I question it because it has air conditioning. So I was wondering if it was a true 1LE. I've seen the car already, it has crank windows and manual seats. Any help on truly identifying the car would help me greatly. :cheers:

a dealer can tell by the VIN
or the SPID sticker will include the list of RPOs including that one.
