The casting number is 12552216 and it was used in several engines including 5.3s, 5.7s, and 6.0s.

Is the one on ebay from a 2006 Buick? Also what vehicle did the LQ4 come from?

The one for sale has no vehicle info. The lq4 I have came out of a 2004 chevy express van, at least that's what the seller told me.

According to Rock Auto, which has a good parts data base for reference, their aftermarket crank for a 2004 Express van is described as follows:

"CRANKSHAFT SUPPLY Part # 18088
GEN III LQ4, LQ9, Vortec 6000 truck engine with a rear flange width of .857 (7/8"). A new ignition reluctor ring is installed on the crankshaft.; Casting Number : 12552216."

So you are looking for a crank that fits that desription. If you could find out what vehicle the crank you want to buy either came out of, or will fit, you can check Rock Auto to see if their aftermarket crank is a match.

The front wheel drive has a shorter flywheel flange is 3mm shorter than the other cranks and the LQ4 Iron block and head pre 2001 has the longer flange 1.250" so this will not work with the th 400 or th 350 or 700r. I have found this out the hard way. The best one has the 0.875" thick flange. My .02
