a4 to zf6 swap , speedo is off !!

just swapped the a4 to zf6.

everything is fine except that speedo ,odometer and fuel gauge are not working , speedo is set at 0 , odometer doesnt change with driving , and fuel gauge just doesnt change.

Is this something related to PCM flash ? or I missed something there ?

LS3 swap into a '96?
Were they working before w/ the A4?

No dude it's lt1 , and swapped the transmission to manual

The speedo is not working, it was working before

4004ppm ZF6 VSS is a huge difference from a 40ppr 4L60-E VSS.
The PCM needs the M6 tune.

what is ppm ?

I did flash the PCM with CATS tuning and nothing change , some said I need to change speedo gear in order to get it work , but I can't figure where is it located.
