Default Centering rear wheels in wheel well

I'm working on mounting my 28" slicks and I got them on but they sit too far back in the well, so far that they are rubbing the rear bumper plastic. I just had an alignment done, so I know everything is set correctly. If I wanted to adjust both LCAs to bring my wheels foward some, would I need to do any adjustments to my tunnel mounted torque arm as well? What about my adjustable panhard rod?

This is very common on Trans Ams because of the bumper design. The panhard rod length should stay the same, but the torque arm should at least be checked. If there is any change, just adjust it back out.
