Default 2000 Z28 vs 350Z

Just got back from a late night walmart run and thought I would post the kill while its still fresh. I was one of the front cars at the red light and ahead of me i saw a 350 whip out of a parking lot spinning tires and all, i figured i would catch up. The light turned green and i caught up with him just before the light ahead turned red. i rolled my window down and his was already down but he refused to look at me for whatever reason. as soon as the light turned green he took off, so i followed. I'm sure you guys no what happened but i shut down at about 80 with at least a bus on him.

Aww man, you ruined his "I'm a badass and can spin my tires infront of the girlies" show off burnout! Almost feel bad for the kid, gets his ego all boosted up because he managed to spin his tires without wrecking into something then gets slaughtered by a run of the mill camaro.

I drove a 350Z a couple of months ago and it ran well, but not nearly well enough to take my nearly stock LS1 Z28 A4. Nice car, but a little cramped and loud when you put you foot in it.

Hey no puppy kicking allowed lol, just messing. I would say the the 350z is closer to an lt1 than a Ls1.

i hate 350 z owners , seems like there all dicks lol, as for the 370, i was behind one for about 2 miles ,this guy downshifted 10 times just so he could show me he could bark his tires, well when the road split to 2 lanes, i couldnt say it was much of a run,i put a handful of cars on him fast, good run op, anytime a cocky 350z get his butt kicked im happy

I ran a 350z in my lt1 from 0 to ~60 and it was a pretty easy win, had at least a car length if not two on it. All i had was a cai and exhaust.

So a stock Lt1 and a stock 35r0 would be even then.

good kill.....

I hate 350z's and 370z's owners...they all think they have the fastest car on the road

i was playin golf last monday with a guy and he brought up how he had a really fast car, when asked what it was he said a 370Z. i asked what he had done he said nothing all stock 350hp...i lol'd cause they only have 335hp

i told him i had a 420 hp T/A he could run and he said I would keep up with him till about 80 mph but then he would smoke me...

i just LOL again knowing he has no clue...

**** my Prelude gives 350Z's a run all day..ive beaten a couple with it..

yeah, BIG difference as far as straight line performance Between the 50 and 70z. I have been to the Auto Club Speedway (CA speedway) several times. The norm for 350z here are really high 14's and the 370z's are really low 14's. Stockish Ls1's here run high 13's to low 14's. There was an Ls2 Vette auto with DR's driven by an older guy, prob about 50, who was running like 12.1 with just a tune i believe

Ive ran that vette he said it has nitrous. A LS2 C6 with a tune is not running a low 12 anything at Auto Club Speedway lol

Tell me about it, it was silver, wait, were u running ur SRT-8? They were being made fun of (the vette guys) by the supra guys. Cause a girl was running 12.4s with a G8 with 'only bolt-ons" and DR's. her g8 was charcaol grey, and a rear under diffuser, which i liked. I told the supra guys, that no way was she bolt on only, had to have been on the bottle, **** was idling quiet as f$ck lol

Did it have pink trim anywhere?

If it one I am thinking of that runs out that way it has a maggie. She also has stock mufflers and it isn't that loud.

The G8 he talking about is her.

She works for Maggie. She just added new injectors and stuff.
