LS3 6.2 cutting out

LS3 6.2 cutting out i have an LS3 6.2 in my boat and it frequently cuts out while running for a split second and wont run full RPM's when its doing it. i am running a FAST 92mm throttle body and Pantera fuel injection control. i am wondering if it could be the TPS sensor or crank sensor or something? thanks
