Default Colder than a 9

I can't seem to find a plug colder than a b9efs. Does NGK make a b10efs? I've got a couple of lean cylinders that I'd like to put a colder plug in.

If they make the plug, what is the stocking number?
Thanks,
Roger

The stuff I posted above is from the sticky at the top and it is the list of plugs for stock heads.

Plug: NGK R5724-10 (stock number 7993) .... is what you need.

I just talked to NGK tech. The number ATV listed is a projected tip plug.

The number 9 is the coldest non projected tip plug NGK offers for a tappered seat head.

Brisk offers a step colder than the number 9 NGK. Its a part number G08S and its 10.99 a plug.

Thanks ATV, and Dave,
I'll stick with the 9 I guess. Dave, it's a 13:1 motor. 500 hp to the wheels through a turbo 350. I'm wanting to het it to work with a 300 shot through one of your plates on a 90/90 intake. You think the 9 is cold enough?

Roger, You are currently doing a 250 correct? How is the coloring on the strap looking? With the compression you are at a 10 plug would be a good start but IM thinking a 9 will be fine.

Run some C-16 or NOS fuel, Be concervative on the timing. Watch the plugs close.

Good info, someone should change the sticky above. LOL

#9 should be OK on a 300 shot just start with the timing low and creep up on it.

I'm running C-12 in the motor, and C-16 in the dedicated. I will try to get some pics on the 250 and 300 plugs as soon as I get my converter back.
Thanks again guys
Roger

word of advice. Just run c16 all the way around. It will simple things up a good amount and less chance of error IMO

Yea, my VP dealer at the local track said the same thing. Said it gives a little wider tuning window. I'll give that a try. Thanks Cams.

Yea, I'd be interested in going. If my converter is done in time. Lol. Hey Dave,
Does that Sonoco turn your plugs red?
