Default Totaled?

******* made a right on red while I was going thru the Light with a full green. Then hauled ***

Looks like new upper/lower core support, 2 hid head lamps, bumper, bumper support, hood, prob rad because it's bent but not leaking etc etc etc.

2005 ES330 118k miles Book retail $15,200

Totaled Yes or No?

usually when has more than 100k miles its totaled..

same damages on my 07 charger R/T was almost 10k they fixed cuz the kbb was almost 25k

I fig atleast $10k damage. With over 100k and book being $15k I fig totaled.

If I remember correct with farmers it takes over 75% of book value to total it.

if they dont want to totaled it, just tell them you dont want that car, after the accident you dont think the car will be safe to drive... it work sometimes..
if you had no issues with them in the past, they probaly listen to you.

What gets me is the air bags didn't deploy.... However at the sametime good thing they didn't because I just has nose surgery yesterday that would have been bad!

Kindive happened fast. I have uninsured motorist so I'm covered and no need to chase them down.

They won't total it but make sure you get diminished value for the accident.

looks like he hit the other guy... even if you have full coverage it kinda sucks in this situation because you have to make a claim on your insurance... if you could have gotten his tag #, a witness got his tag #, or the cops nabbed him then you could have made that tool pay for the damages with his insurance and if he doesnt have any then sue his ***!

An uninsured motorist claim doesn't go against him.

didn't know that, good to know... but since he can't identify the guy he hit or have any proof of who was at fault, would this fall under the category of uninsured motorist??
