This was the first time trying a 200 shot on the Z28, he used NX 78N 41F with 8* pulled (couldn't get his HP Tuners to work on my laptop to pull 2 more degrees)... The GTR runs 10.2 @ 136mph...

Z06 with intake and tune matched the zr1?????????????? Oh thats the ron fellows (slowvette) with the hidden ported intake and who knows what else lol..... Always says just intake but now atleaste the tune is being admitted to

Gtr's are slow as hell from 60 plus rolls and crazy fast from 30 mph rolls. Nice kill

Honestly the zr1 hasnt been that impressive thus far. All the vidz ive seen have had stock z06s dead even till 100 and then maybe two cars behind at 130 mph. The vidz ive seen against stock 08 vipers had the vipers ahead by a length.

h the zr1 will be a length ahead of the viper and 5 lengths ahead of the z06. But who the hell races to 180 mph?

Despite the extra cost, they sold almost as many ZR1's in 2011 as they did Z06's.

I don't think it's due to them selling alot of ZR1's, I think the sales are way down on the Z06. I bet the Grand Sport is cannibalizing the Z06 sales.

Thanks guys, the Z28 is my friends though he goes by Lt1Trash on here...

They ran a while ago when the GTR was trapping 134 and the Z28 on a 150 shot got pulled half a car... Now the GTR traps a little over 136 and the only change on the Z28 was changing the jets from 62N 35F to 78N 41F and 4gal of 110... On the 150 the Z28 pulled the Z06 by quite a few cars 60-160

Grandsport prolly is killing the z06 cuz u can get them in automatic and majority of the people who buy new vettes are old and prefer auto

Very true lol. My father is going to buy a grandsport because it is auto. I try talking him into getting a z06, but I know it won't happen lol

I think you hit the nail on the head. Auto along with the availability of targa and convertible tops make the Grand Sport much more appealing to alot of people.
