Only 20% throttle! Help?

Only 20% throttle! Help? I have a 2002 silverado with a 4.3 and just finished swapping in a 4.8 from a 2006 silverado. The problem I am having is that it only gets 20% throttle. I have replaced the pedal sensor and the tac module and all power and grounds check out. If anyone has any input it would be appreciated.

Maybe it's your tune. I had a similar issue with my 2006 5.3l. I spent about six months trying everyhing to solve the problem. I went through every wire twice and also tried a new pedal and TAC. Turns out that the problem was in my mail order tune. My tuner had maxed out B6614, and apparently the 2006 OSs don't like being too high or low. B6614 is a table for max torque at a given RPM. I put the stock parameters back in the table and everthing worked great. Best of luck to you.
