Well, I finally broke down and got a set of 17" wheels and tires for my Camaro. I've wanted something for when I just drive around ever since I put the 15" front and rear for the track, but they had to fit a 5/8" racing stud and most 16" or bigger wheels for a F body use acorn style lug nuts. I found out that Billett Specialties made two different wheels in 17" THE Street lites, and the new RT series, I ordered a set of RT's in 17"X9.5" front and 17"X11" rear with 275/40ZR17 front and 315/35ZR17 in the rear. Now I just need to lower it about an inch.I will get a set of matching f body specific 15"X10" rear wheels and 15X4 front wheels later on this winter, this will allow me to replace my ground down brake calipers with new ones that have not been ground and give me some peace of mind when I'm driving.

wow, very sharp! you just can't go wrong with a 5 spoke on an fbody. i really like the deep dish on these wheels!

white fbody's FTW!

I agree, but I think 5 spokes look good on about anything really. Good looking setup guy

What brand are they and what did the rims/tires cost? I am looking at some for my 67 Firebird.
Thanks
