Default No start...need help troubleshooting!

Completed 2011 LS swap into my '80 but no start. Engine is from Yukon, L92, 6.2L, LS3 intake and '09 TB. DBW '05 vette pedal and '09 E38 ECM. Engine will crank but not fire. Getting spark but no gas and noid check shows no signal to injectors. Scanner indicates P2138 code and "generic" P060 ECM code. I'm told the P2138 code would not keep the engine from firing.
Where do I look next to source the prob????

PCM problem turns out to be a lack of a GM calibration. Using a new E38 ECM you must take to a dealer and have them install a factory calibration otherwise an installed "tune program" will not work and car won't even start. Maybe this is known by many of the more experienced LS car guys but when switching from "old school" to PCM world many of us are still learning.
Interestingly, the expert tuners, PCMforLess, didn't mentioned this when their tune wouldn't work and I asked them for suggestions.
The pedal sensor code turned out to be a bad connector, wiring error.
