Good Locksmith? Or Lock Cylinder replacer guy lol ?

Went to the dealer yesterday and they said it would be about $400 to change it out for me (new keys included). If you guys know any reputable locksmiths that will charge half that price, please do post up or PM

I've replaced mine and let me tell you it does suck

if I would've had the money then for it then I would've just had the shop do it
