Default Faster shifts in T56

I'm currently building a T56 to go behind an LS-based engine in my 67 LeMans. The car will be a full-on road-race setup but will be used 90% on the street. If it were used primarily for racing I wouldn't hesitate to dog-ring it and slam shifts all day, but people are telling me all kinds of conflicting information about dog rings on the street.

Can someone explain to me all the different possibilities and their ups and downs? Dog rings, carbon fiber synchros, fluid viscosity changes, etc?

I can just pull harder on normal synchros but that is the reason I'm having to rebuild this one - trashed synchros and a worn fork.

Try to find someone in your area and talk to them and go for a ride. Only someone who has daily driven one can answer your question and you can verify their B.S. by riding along.
