Default What will work?

I have a 2002 LS1 M6, stock rear. Cam specs are 230/230 .600”/.609” 111LSA +4 advance and all supporting mods(7.425 pushrods). Was looking at getting some 243's fully worked from AI. What CC's will I need for this cam and do they need to be milled? I plan in upgrading rear in future but need these to perform with stock rear too, because that's what the cam was spec'd for. How will this setup perform?

That cam will not cater to any milling. In the form you have 111+4 LSA you are already at .07 inch clearance. Now you can run that with stock height un-milled heads and stock valves.
So 243/799 castings, no mill and stock gasket will work. That will give you ~10.5:1 SCR and run on pump fuel.
