Default Anyone know where I can replace this?

The plastic piece that overlays the windows control and lock button on my driver's side door panel recently popped out of place. And the clip that holds it in place is broken...so it's always loose and won't stay in place. Does anyone have any idea where I can buy a replacement one? Also, some quick instructions on how to install it would be nice too.

Here is a picture of what I am talking about.

I bought some off of eBay for like 2 bucks. The whole trim piece can be found on gmpartsdirect.com if the plastic part the clip goes in is broken.
