Default throw out bearing?????

hi guys i went to the track friday and after my second pass the trans has been acting up 2x's it got stuck in 4th gear and would not come out

now it grinds going into 3rd almost everytime unles i like put it itnto nuetral 1 first then go into 3rd 4 th does just a little

it really wont let me down shift into 3rd at all without grinding

sometimes if im just sitting the in neutral and pust it into third gear but not moving it also grinds

also just sitting in my driveway in N i hear a noise like under the car if i push in the clutch the noise goes away thats why im thinking it may be a throw out bearing problem

i bled the clutch last night and that didn't help would a throw out bearing cause a grind into 3rd and 4th

any feed back would be very helpful thanks

Bad news, the parts in your trans are tuning even when in neutral. When you push the cltch in, they stop turning. Time for a rebuild.

I'd start with flushing the hydraulic fluid and making sure it's clean/clear, then it wouldn't hurt to flush the trans fluid to see if that helps any. Report back if it does, good luck.
