A odd question.... I currently have a tnt f-2 kit I will be installing this evening...I don't have a window switch...I was wondering...and I've seen this done once...coudn't i hold the wot switch in my hand and just hit it after 3rpms to prevent shooting it too low?

You want the WOT switch on the throttle. It confirms you are at 100% throttle. In addition you need an arming switch. Not sure if you used the wrong name or intended to not install a WOT and only run one arming switch. That would be a very bad idea.
You can have a arming switch that you hold in your hand/ mount where you can reach it.
