Hook it up to an OBDII scanner and check your fuel trims, it will tell you how much fuel you are sucking in.

Look at your LT (long term) fuel trims for both banks, they should read close to 0%, which is ideal. Safe bet is to check them in an open loop, which is when you start your car from a cold start. If either or both of your cylinder banks are reading +8% or more, you are running rich. this would be caused by something screwed up during your intake install, i.e. a vacuum leak or an incorrectly installed injectors.

during the log the short terms kept jumping from like 4% to around O% and after it was 100% full i went to see the graph it said those 14's butidk guess ill see whats up with the injectors. I know all the hoses are hooked up right.

As i started the car the LT was close to zero reading around 4% then later on when it the log got to 100% which was about close to 5-8 min it read those percentages.

I'd say you are running rich. You should re-check that vacuum line that goes back behind the intake, apparently it has a tendency to leak, which could cause your problem. Did you install anything else new?
