Default how much power

how much power can the stock a4 handle? or what i guess i am also asking is have yall done anything to yall's trannies to make them stronger, or are they just as they came from the shop other than the stall? thanks

Spend some time reading in this forum. These answers have been presented amount 10k times.

Generally speaking, a stock tranny with nothing more than a simply shift kit will do quite well at 425 RWHP if running NA...might even do ok without the shift kit. Much above this and I think upgraded clutch packs are a must. At 500 RWHP even the hard parts start to become a problem so it's time for more serious upgrades.

People's luck with A4 trannys seems to vary ALOT!
