Would like to know how many Phase Two cars were built and what the numbers were. Are they more valuable than a 380HP Intimidator?
Thanks

I answered his PM, but I don't have a lot on the Intimidators. They should be very easy to identify unless all of their GMMG add-ons have been stripped. Not easy to recreate. Would have similar equipment as the Tom Henry SSes on my website:

The hardest thing to acquire on the DEI would be the rims, correct?
OP I have talked to two different owners on their DEI, waiting to see if they are for sale.

"Technically" NO Phase II Intimidators ever built delivered from the dealership.
Any Phase II and up Intimidator was send back to GMMG by their owners and upconverted.
The Phase I Intimidator was rated at 381 hp . . . ;)

At the bottom of the DEI page of the gmmg registry it looks like two. One phase 3. But I read somewhere they were sent back for the upgrade. 55 and 82. Course that chart may not be complete.

Numbers 47,50 and 55 are phase 2 435HP cars. There is a guy on this site who owns a phase 2x6 500 HP car that is number 80. Number 50 is a signed car. I think number 55 is for sale. If you can buy any Intimidator buy a signed car regaurdless of the phase. They will bring more money in the future. They are all nice though.

The one person who would know which and how many Intimidators were upgraded would be Matt Murphy himself because he kept a file on all the cars he built. Several owners have done modifications to their cars but NOT thru GMMG. Earnhardt Chevrolet in Newton, NC has a list of the original owners but not which cars were upgraded by GMMG. Most of the cars have changed owners, many several times.
I'am the original owner of #38 and am considering selling it if anyone is interested. It is Phase One, 381 HP with 296 miles completly unmolested. Still has that new car smell.

The rims should still be available from American Racing but the Magnetallic Gray on the spokes will be hard to match. Thankfully, I have the paint code in case one of my rims gets scratched.
The hardest thing to acquire would be the Intimidator SS emblems on the fenders and tail panel. Matt told me years ago if you damage one there are no replacements.

@ pewter2001z28 - I just saw that on Craigslist yesterday and about blew a gasket. Seems to be a few GMMG cars for sale lately. Also seen a CETA BlkBird and Hot Rod Ed Camaro FS. I'll take just one or the other please. :)
