Default Need help with wiring

I have had my nx wet kit on my car for a few months, and everything has worked fine until a couple of days ago. I moved the solenoids back in the engine bay and extended the power lead to the relay and moved the ground to the relay, now the solenoids won't open when the carr is on. With the car off, I can arm the system and get them to click open, but when I turn the car on nothing happens. I used my test light to make sure that I had a good ground and it tested fine, but I am still getting no response when the car is on. Anyone else have this problem? I really don't want to have to trace through the wiring again, but it is starting to look like I am going to have to this weekend.

No ideas as to what could cause this?

Since the problem appeared after your wiring modifications, the new connections are the first place to look. Poor connections are a likely cause. What gauge wire did you use? Are you saying that the solenoids work if the car is not running but do not if it is? How did use a test light to check grounds?
