Default stock 9" backspacing. Figuring out b/s for 19x9's

I need to know the stock offset for a 9" wheel. My math from the FAQ comes up wth ~6" backspace would work. Is this correct? I am trying to work work it out for the 19's I plan to order one day. going to run a 255 front- calls for a 8.5-10" rim...I think 10's are way too wide for a 255. Car is lowered on BMR springs- but going lower down the road- so I need them to 'tuck' when the suspension travels.

If it helps any, the offset on my wheels are 38mm. They sit nice and flush, but you'll have to roll the fender lip to keep from slicing your tires if you plan on lowering your car.

I believe that is a 6LE Designs rear valence.

Thanks for the info.

Can you please tell me the exact specs on your wheels and what you had to do to get them to fit. I love that look.
