Mods on the 14? The new Busa and ZX14 are one of the few bikes made nowadays that pick up alot of power with the basic tune/full exhaust/filter upgrades. 20+rwhp difference and significant loss in weight.
If you car is gonna be running that 17 psi, AND (yeah, it's a big "AND") the guy can ride well enough to actually use WOT then the speed you start at will be the deciding factor. With your car on the street, I'm betting you don't get enough traction to use all your power until somewhere from 90mph to 120mph? The 14 will - if he goes WOT properly - put cars on your until you get the power down.
ZX14's are aerodynamic and powerful enough to shrug off wind resistence to around 150mph. As in, they accellerate as if they are on a dyno to that point before the rider starts to notice the accelleration slightly slowing down. By 165-170mph the wind drag is noteable, by 180mph the bike is working for it's mph. Bone stock bikes will hit the 188mph limiter hard enough that you know it's got more in it, around 1,000rpm before redline: My mods make it hit the limiter hard enough that it surges another 3-4mph before slowing down. And I weigh 350lbs and am 6'6" which makes me a human speed brake in the wind stream.

That makes me laugh.... It also tells me you have never ridden one.
My buddys 800+rwhp tt 408 mustang mosesys away from my bike from a lazzy 70 mph roll in shitty air. We were just out messing around. I didnt start tucked and was just waiting in 2nd for the go. The week before in good air and on his "low boost tune" 680~720 hp I ripped 2nd and pulled a bus on him from 65-70-75 rolls carrying tyre.
In 80* he trapped 143 and i 100*+ i trapped the number in my sig on a unprepped track (its fun blowing the tyre off at a 100mph) so have your A game.

Very curious to see results. As Sticks said, it's gonna depend very much on rider skill and where you guys start from. I imagine it's gonna be hard to put your full power down on the street but if you can and you trap over 150, it should make for a good race.
Keep in mind that bikes tend to trap slightly lower than their sub 100mph acceleration would make you think. In my experience, if a car and a bike trap the same in the 1/4 and both can hook on the street, the bike will walk a bit down low and eventually the car will come around it up top (although the speed it comes around will depend on what caliber of car and bike we're talking here).
Bottom line, you need to show up with traction and he needs to be a good rider. If one shows up and the other doesn't, it will be one sided.

I have road plenty of 14's and Busa's. I have actually had my buddies 14 over 190mph. They was not met to take turns like the 600's or 1000's. They was made for straight line. They handle nothing like a 600/1000. Do they handle better then older bigger bikes yes sure. They should they are newer.

Its stretched about 8", lowered, full exhaust, lighter wheels, dyno tuned and some other bolt ons and stuff. He has a 75 shot on it. I was to scarred to try to use it. He has had it over 210mph. He also has a 08 GSX-R 600 with a turbo on it.
I am no expert just like fast. I topped my 08 600RR out in the first 30 min of having it. Like AZ lots of straight a ways in TX.
