ran into a guy over the weekend with a heads/cam C6z, unsure of whos cam. clean car and cool dude.

ran it against my cam only C6z (yellow)

driver mod ftw :)
edit. the guy who took the vid needs to fix the title. its not cam only vs cam only. its him, heads/cam vs me cam only. also he has milled heads. made 561 to my 543 whp on the same dyno.

did you also have a passenger in your yellow Z??? The reason I ask is, sometimes one passenger can make a big difference when power numbers are that close on the same chassis.

both cars had passengers with that being said the combined weight of the driver/passsenger combo from each car is going to vary. even thou he dynod more maybe your cam makes more power earlier in the rpm than his does which helps you.

I would think 18hp difference isnt going to be much difference from a roll race. Even more so if you have a big cam and he has a small cam your likely making better power up top then him and hes doing better under the curve.

So in the end the results are about what Id expect. You can claim driver mod FTW but I definetly didnt see it that way.

both cars had about the same weight passanger. his cam is actually bigger then mine though.
