Plumbing the bottles....
OK, so I've got a bunch of parts but I'm missing some knowledge...
All my stuff is Nitrous Outlet brand. Looking at the bottle valves I see a main outlet, a blow-out disc, and 2 other plugs. I know the feed line goes out of the main outlet and the NHRA valve replaces the blowout disc. Couple things I'm not sure of:
I have this super-cool pressure controlled bottle heater. I've read the instructions from NO's site and they talk about how to wire it. How do you plumb it??
Also have a gauge, again, not sure how to plumb it in.
What are the 2 other plugs for? Nano? Other things?
I have 2 bottles, will be swapping out at the track so want to keep everything as simple as possible for quick bottle swaps. I think I have 2 of each needed fitting (at least I hope so).
thanks for any tips!

I use NOS bottles, and they also have 4 ports.
main out
gauge port
burst disk
and another unused, always pressured port
I don't know what a nhra valve is, but do not remove the disk, unless there's something I misunderstood.
If you post a photo, so we can see the layout and size of the ports, maybe we can help better??

NHRA valve is the blow-down outside the car valve required by NHRA and IHRA. It still has a burst disc, just has an AN-8 fitting in front of it to connect a tube that vents out through the floor. That way if your disc blows the car doesn't fill with nitrous. Looking at your car I'm guessing you have one, just calling it by another name.
I'll try to get a pic tomorrow.

OK, we are on the same page.
I got confused when you said you were replacing the blow off with a valve??
Yes, my bottles are mounted next to me so I definitely use the blow off fittings.
I would mount a gauge to one of the ports for sure.
I actually sold off all my old bottles that didn't have a gauge port, it's so much easier with a full time gauge.
The 4th port could be used for the cut off sender, but I have never used that set up.
As long as it's full pressure it would work fine.
I'll try to help more when I see the bottle.
Here's my bottles with the blow line tube unhooked.

I forgot to take the damn pic

click on 'view large' by picture. These are what I have. You can see the port on side of valve, there's another just like it on other side.

Main feedline and blow off burst disk you already have figured out. The other two ports can be used for various things. Typically, a gauge takes up one port and if you run a bottle heater, then a pressure switch is in the other port.

On my bottles, all the ports are OPEN all the time except the main out which is controlled by the valve.
I would bet they are all the same.

That's why I have my data recorder, dash gauge, and pressure cut off plumbed into the main out.
I still use a gauge on every bottle, but there is no way to use those other 3 ports.
I'm sure there is probably some kind of check valve, but you would have to buy one for every bottle.
Especially the blow off valve must be open all the time or it would do no good and the bottle could rupture.

If you need a port that is not pressurized when the valve is turned off, just get one of these manifolds from Nitrous Outlet and put it on the feed outlet.
