Default Next up for my CCW's

I'll post pics when I'm finished. It'll give me an idea if I wanna permanently go that route or not.

Great call. I think I'm going to pick up a few cans for my Fikse wheels this weekend. Make sure to post up pics when you're done.

I'm not the best at doing wheels myself, but wth, I can always peel it off.

I say I'm not good but I've done probably 4-5 sets of wheels before with normal rattle can so I'll do fine. I'm gonna dismantle each wheel and do each piece separately, then put them back together with new ARP bolts.

Will do. Not sure on the timeframe on getting it done, I've gotta get tires for my stockers so I can start the process.

I haven't seen this done elsewhere. . . I assume this is a way to spray the rims black that will peel off pretty easy?

Yea that's what I've read from others. It's a cheap and non-permanent way to see if it's something I'll like.

Just a quick heads up.

I wouldn't spray that stuff ANYWHERE NEAR a rivet or lugnut hole.
If the screw or lug starts torquing down and pulling the plastidip, its all over and you'll have to start again.

I would tape off those areas or put little circular stickers in those sections, but be sure to remove them while its wet, that way its not "bonded" together.

Post up pics when you're done!

I think I'm going to do my ZR1s in white, to match the car =P
