Default what are the options for fuel system on a fuel injected 70 nova swap?

What are my options for fuel system on a 1970 nova with factory fuel tank? i know for the fox mustangs they offer a new fuel tank hat thats 10an and 6 an
return. is there any thing like this for a nova? if not does any one offer an affordable sumped tank? i want a factory style fuel tank. I don't want to have to use a fuel cell.

I would suggest you look into the Tankinc intank setup. You well need to modify the tank so that the top of the outlets don't hit the floor of the Trunk. But it has it own sump / Cup to help in fuel starvation.

I was either going to use it on my 71' but am looking at using a 4th Gen Fuel sensder and setup by using the Vette Works adapters.

As soon as I finish my Trans, I will start working on my fuel system.

I think the TANKINC product is the closest you are going to get to a 'Drop In' solution. You could always take a sender assembly from a fuel injected car (Camaro/Caprice/etc) and adapt it but it probably would be more complicated than the TANKINC solution.

Really I could make a stock sumped tank work just the only one I have found is $800+ and I'm not looking to spend that much. Does any one know if tanksink offers just a sumped tank

I sumped my stock tank using a competition engineering sump kit from summit racing for around $100 and paid a local radiator shop another $80 for welding it in. Check out my build for part numbers and pics of the tank. Some people say they hate the look if a "big ugly sump hanging down" but I don't mind it

I put a stock 4th gen assembly into my stock 1st gen camaro tank. It was no easy job, but I did all the work myself and it cost me less than $100. I used an external regulator, but you can use the factory reg if you don't need to change pressures. Heres a link that explains how I did it.

i Removed my old tank that i sumped and just bought a new tank for around 150.00 and bought a Tanks Inc setup, Zero Issues to date, Wasnt much work. You just need to Boil out your tank if you intend to weld on it.

I would use the Tank Inc kit.
A little bit of fabrication but it works good.

Click on the link below to check out how my tank inc install looked.
Might give you more ideas.

Oh, and welding on the tank is not that dangerous.
Drain it, fit it to the top with water, drain it again, let it dry and the throw a match at it. If there are vapors in it, the match will take care of them. I use to weld Harley tanks all the time so I have done this about 100 times.
