Ok this is simple I bought a car awhile back and it already had a Corsa catback. The muffler got dented before I got it and I all I was trying to do was get a yes or no if Corsa would sell me just the muffler since I already had the exhaust.

I emailed and called at different times of the day and it was always the same thing. I would set the phone down on speaker and wait 10 + minutes of listening to music in the background and eventually I hang up. After several weeks of trying I heard someone actually pick up. I told her my problem and ofcourse she didn't know the answer to my question. So she wrote down my info and assured me that someone would call me back.

Since then no one has tried calling me I am aware of. To be so such a popular exhaust manufacturer I am very disappointed with their lack of understanding the definition of customer service. My question was simple I wonder what happens when you actually have a problem with their product and need to talk with someone.
