I am using an Revolution gauges tach, so all I had to do was tap into one of the coil leads., but I have heard that pin 48 module X1 (J1) is the tach signal.

Strangely enough pin 48 is empty on my harness. I have no issue adding one in at all but now Im baffled as to how the Escalade tach worked? It must have grabbed signal from somewhere else? Im still going to try it unless someone comes up with some other info that makes more sense. Damn im getting closer by the minute here.... its only been a year and a freakin half got carried away on it though... Pretty much a new car now
