Need speedo recal for 4.10 gears, who do i go to?

Need speedo recal for 4.10 gears, who do i go to? My tune is good to go so don't need that changed just need the speedo recal done for the 4.10s. Would it be best to send off to someone like tunedbyFrost.com or try to go through like Texas Speed or Thunder racing?

Diablo is like 300 dollars brand new i dont even know if you can use them "used". Looking to not spend almost the cost of a new tune to get the speedo recal'd
