Trouble uploading pictures to your ad, or trouble viewing attached pictures?
I see you attached a few pictures to your previous ads and I can also view the pictures.
Need more details.

Can you give the URL (link) to the specific post where you were trying to add more pictures?
That error message does not sound like it's from LS1Tech. If possible, please provide a screen capture of the page. I don't see the issue you're reporting and it appears it's working for others.

It doesn't appear to be an issue for others as there are numerous attachments in the system by others.
Additionally, I was also able to edit one of your ads to include another attachment (using your signature picture):

I was able to upload a new attachment to your other ad in Internet Explorer:

That, along with the previous additional test using Firefox and no other reports, it appears to be a local issue on your end as I've not been able to duplicate it and find any similar reports.
My first suggestion would be to clear your browser's cache. And if you're still having an issue, it might be some 3rd party security software that is interfering.
Still no luck....I can up load pics into my own album tho...

When you say pictures only load 20 percent of the time, is that when you try to view pictures posted by other members? If so, please give specific links to those ads (that generate that error) so that we can review the ads and please give the specific error you're seeing.

Your ad appears to look OK to me. You have 7 attachments and all can be viewed:
http://ls1tech.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=329443&stc=1&d=1323317587
What exactly is wrong with the above?
Additionally, what do you mean by: "i still get the thumbnail in my orginal post everytime weather they upload or not" ?
There is no issue with your account, I can see the Attachments in your above example as all of them load, and the previous issue you had with uploading pictures was not able to be replicated by myself in either Firefox or IE browser and there doesn't appear to be any similar issues reported by other members. The "under construction" error message by your browser is not specific to LS1Tech as that's not an LS1Tech webpage error, but instead, is a generic error used by the browser itself. It sounds more like a network or browser issue isolated to your environment.
At this point, I'm having a difficult time understanding the issue or even replicating any of them that you provide some information on. I'm also uncertain as to what the error message you're receiving and referring to in this latest incident.
