rebuilding car, what should be done with motor out

rebuilding car, what should be done with motor out going to swap engines soon, anything that should be done while motor is out, btw the car isnt a show car so painting engine bay is out the question, maybe a rattle can job at the most

Tuck the wires. That's what im doing. I have the whole passenger side done starting on the abs and fuses etc now. Mines not a show car either but its 1000x better looking imo
