Getting a 800 HP Turbo car to hook??
So I have just completed by turbo build on my car. It's making right around 800 HP on low boost with through a TH400 and 9". Now I am working on getting it to hook at the track when coming up on the brake and leaving on boost. I have a MWC 9" with adjustable LCA's with the relocation brackets on the 9". Its got the MWC short torque arm and adjustable panhard rod. I am still rocking the stock springs and shocks in the rear and the front. So my question is what springs and shocks should I go with? I was thinking about doing some 325 lb QA1 springs in the front with QA1 single adjustable shocks in the front and back with the stock springs in the back. Do you think this is headed in the right direction? I was told to go with the 325 springs because I have an iron block and all the turbo piping in the front so I would want the heavier springs for the front to carry the extra front end weight. What do you think? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

I hadn't really thought about a stout sway bar but that is a good idea. I know Eric at MWC makes one for his 9" and since that's what I have I will contact him about that.
As far as using the stock rear springs I have seen some people say to remove the isolators from them, is this something that should be done when using the stock rear springs?

Sounds like you're heading in the right direction. I would go with Strange DAs or Afcos instead of QA1s. If you buy then from someone like Madman he will provide tuning advice with the purchase. (Eric probably does the same) It also depends on what tire you are trying to make stick, DRs or DSs.
