Default slp line lock solenoid stuck closed

so i was driving down the the street last night and i felt the car having to try harder to move forward, i come to a red light but when i release the breaks the front breaks stay engaged. so im sitting in traffic with my front breaks in a bind, i have to damn near floor it to get the car moving, im smoking the tires for half a block so i can pull in somewhere. lol, i bleed the front breaks off, but the soleniod acts like a one way valve, it will let break fluid through but will not let it return.
i remove the fuse for the linelock and it still is engaged, wierdest **** ever, has any body else had anything like this happen?

Quite weird. Never had that happen, only when I accidentally hit the switch.
