on the fast 102 intake you can move the MAP sensor to the front of the intake.you mite have to do a little grinding on the water pump to help the intake seat correctly on the heads.consider using a ring inside the intake to match up with the TB for better flow.

i think you're going to have to trim the slp bellow. i used the stock bellow on a nick williams 92mm tb (to z06 85mm maf) and it slid on with some effort.

besides what was mentioned above, you need LS2 style fuel rail or fast fuel rail kit.

the slp smooth bellows is the biggest waste of money mod for these cars, it traps so many people. its not doing **** for your car trust me your better off with the stock so called restrictive tubing. at 60 bucks its a ripoff. slo makes some ok stuff but they like to sucker people into giving them money by making some bullshit and overcharging you, especially slp's "400"hp performance pack.

anyways when i did my intake the hardest thing was when you have the intake sitting in there as it should, you wont be able to get the rear bolts in due to clearance of the engine bay and the intake, hard to explain you'll see when you get in there. most people set the all the bolts in the intake then wrestle with trying to keep all the bolts up while sliding around the intake to get it to set. a trick is to raise em all an rubber band em to each othere, the pressure will keep them all up and in the intake.

The slp bellow is too small, youll need a 4.25 inch coupler if i remember right. Measure the OD of the tb and see for yourself.

I hated my 102. I sold it, going to a ported 92 if I end up taking this farther.. I'll take 3rwhp loss or so and make working on **** easier and pulling/installing the intake easier.

Probably end up using a ported ls3 intake anyway.

Apreciate the input yall

Is the map sensor on the stock intake manifold located in the rear??? On the fast 102mm intake manifold do I install the map sensor in the front or the rear?

Do a search there was a great thread that probably should have been made a sticky on the 102 intake. You will need to extend the wiring for the map sensor to move it to the front. I was told that someone sells these extensions but we just mated in longer wires. You can mount the fuel rails and injectors before putting the intake in just hard to find the correct hight of allen wrench to clear the rails yet go under the cowl. I had thought that if you cut an allen key and welded a nut to the top then use a rachet box end on it. I didn't have much issue with the water pump clearance. Ground a bit off anyways. If you have the ls6 valley cover then the vent at the front will hit but a couple of taps to bend it down will work. I dont know how the 92 tb lines up but the 102 sits lower so I had to do some funky fabricating to hook up the lid to the tb. I am mafless so that helped.
Good luck
