Yes I live in Las Vegas where it's hot as hell and I run 91 octane. 435hp and 400ftlbs through a 4L80e in a truck. The tune was complete **** so I need to head back to the dyno soon. I bought HP tuners cause I thought the tune was way off, and man I was right. Hoping to get at least another 30hp out of it. I used all stock components in my build with a 231/239 cam as a starting point.

I have close to what oakley has.

Stock chambers (70 cc)

Wiseco Ls3 -3cc pistons

0.040 head gasket

11.45:1

There are guys who have been running 12:1 on pump with no issues. Just have to have a good tune.

I just did the calculations, my motor will be done shortly and put in the car.

I asked Geoff@EPS(used to be part owner of Thunder Racing) to give me a guesstimate since he spec'd the cam and will be doing the tuning and he estimated 520-540 rwhp thru a TH350.

They are obviously ported to produce that much power through an automatic.

HEY! I'm in Vegas too with a similar build. I was wondering who did your tune (who not to go to, and who you would recommend to use). Also, what are your engine specs, I want to estimate where my rwhp may be when I'm done. Thanks in advance.
