What kind of hood did I just buy?? I just got home from picking up a hood I found on craigslist. It is a fiberglass cowl hood with a SS scoop. Almost looks like a Sunoco hood with the manta on top.

Thats what I thought until I compared the two hoods. On the VFN 3" SS the manta is the cowl scoop. On mine the manta is on top on the cowl scoop.

There's one of them around me, def not the vfn. I wouldn't say its the best looking hood. Looks like one of the hoods they make for the 99-04 mustangs.
