To qualify, the end user must have purchased through an authorized reseller, or directly through HP Tuners.
This is coming on the heels of a price increase of $100.00 last month from one of our competitors. Additionally, HP Tuners is advertising this Special Offer that is valid from 10/01/2011 through 12/31/2011 with a giveaway value of $100!
