Default Horn problems?

Kinda new here. Hope this is the right section for this.

On my 99 SS, everytime I hit the lock button on the remote, the horn sounds really faint, like it's going out. It keeps getting quieter and more high pitched everyday. Does anyone have any idea what part (if any) would need to be replaced or what I should do? Thanks.

I had my horns replaced recently under warrenty. They were very weak sounding. The official explanation given by my dealer was "water intrusion".

Not sure what the parts numbers are off hand. I believe one horn is a high note, and the other is a low note. Someone please chime in if this is not correct.
