Default How much power will this fuel system handle?

I'd like to know how much hp this system will handle on gas or e85.

Sumped cell
-12 to
Aeromotive Eliminator pump
-10 to Y block
-8 to each rail
-8 from rails to aeromotive regulator
-8 return to cell

Planning to have FIC modify my LS3 injectors to flow 80lb @3 bar, going to run them at 4 bar (92lb) and will be running 1:1 boost reference (I.e. 68psi @ 10psi manifold, essentially making these over 100lb injectors)

Combo is a '05 LQ9, ls6 cam, c6 manifolds, 2.5" hotside, s475 t6 turbo, 4" fmic, open 5" down pipe.

Ideally I'd like to run pump gas although I am a little worried about the 10:1 cr ratio. E85 will be a pita but will add some protection. Would like to know what kind of power this fuel system will support on either gas or e85.

If you run a big shot of meth you can make pretty big power with them on E85. My 68lb injecters at same psi with 4 meth nozzles, on gas showd over 1000HP in my truck. Meth is fueling at least 200~250 of my HP I would think.

ya, i don't have anything against meth, but i'd like to know how much this setup will support without it.

That Aeromotive pump is going to soil itself trying to keep up with 800 hp on E85 at that fuel pressure.

going by this chart the eliminator should be pushing 700+lbs/hr of fuel @ 70psi.

not discounting what you are saying, just seems like the pump should be able to handle those pressures (just not sure about how much of that chart is fluff and how many lbs/hr i'll need)

At 60psi with 80lb injectors, you should be able to make 1200hp crank. Have a friend with the same setup. He is way over 100% IDC though... he still runs it like that and has no issues, even on the street.

I am using -10 AN feed, -8 AN return as well, custom fuel cell, Aeromotive Eliminator, Aeromotive 13110, with ID2000s, should be able to support 1100-1200 whp safely.

it sounds like you have all the answers, its not the typical set up you see on here but it sounds like it will work just fine for your combo,

If it was mine i would run the injectors at 3 bar. and let the boost ref. ramp up the pressure. im assuming your on stock parts. what you have will be more than enough. what are your power goals? use for the car? you might be able to get to 10-12 psi boost 10-14* timing on pump fuel, depending on what octane fuel you have.
