Low threshold after o2 delete

Low threshold after o2 delete I deleted downstream o2s in my brothers 00 TA and my 00 z-28 at the same time and did them both the same way.after month or so of normal thrashing, I meaning driving, his ses light came on with a low cat threshold code. Thanks in advance for any help.
