Default Loud banging noise underneith.

Hard take-offs or taking off up a hill, there's a banging noise underneath. I feel it too, around under the front seats. The exhaust doesn't seem to be hitting, the trans mount seems good, but the torque arm bushing looks a little torn. I'm wondering if it's the torque arm rattling on the tail shaft. What do you think?? And how would I go about checking the torque arm or anything else?? Thanks.

Could be the torque arm, it wants to go up when you accelerate and down when you brake.

I'm having problems with my track bar hitting my exhaust, any ideas you guys? I have taken it to Irwindale twice and now I got the exhaust and track bar vibrating against each other.
